“Plan Bee Farm Brewery is an award-winning Hudson Valley farm brewery pioneering sustainable, 100% New York–sourced beer. Its wild-fermented, seasonal creations use farm-grown ingredients and bee-derived yeast, transforming local terroir into distinctive products. Through collaborations with regional farms, breweries and artists, Plan Bee makes sustainability a shared, creative practice.”

This collaboration between Plan Bee Farm Brewery and Pato Workshop is born from a mutual passion for craft, creativity, and place. Built on common interests, the artwork celebrates the brewery’s unique spirit and connection to the community of Hudson Valley.
